Delivery Information

Efurnish’s delivery service includes: a) Delivery to the room of choice (b) Unpacking & positioning of furniture (c) Assembly of furniture if required.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery timescales are estimated depending upon stock status and availability. All products on our website will be in stock unless otherwise stated. Items marked IN STOCK are delivered to you in maximum 7 working days. Items that require special finishes and are made to order may take between 6 to 8 weeks. If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescales, you must apply the longest delivery time.

How will you arrange my delivery?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a date and time slot for delivery.

What happens on the day of delivery?

You will be contacted on your preferred phone number, half an hour before your delivery is due to arrive.

Please ensure that you, or someone you trust, is available at the property to receive the delivery. If your delivery is signed and checked by an unknown person, who may not have taken the time to validate and check the delivery, we may not be able to take responsibility for any damages.

Our drivers will unload the goods, take the furniture to the room of choice, unpack, assemble & position it as per your requirement. Please ensure that you instruct the teams carefully as changes made to installed furniture may result in additional charges to you.

Please ensure that the property is accessible for furniture lorries or vans. If the access to the property is in any way prohibitive, we may refuse delivery. Delivery will be re-arranged but there will be an additional cost to you. It is important that you advise us of any required parking permits, costs, time restrictions, small corridors and long carries. We must be informed of any deliveries incorporating more than one flight of stairs. Please read our FAQ’s which will advise what you need to do for a smooth delivery. What should I do once the item is delivered?

Upon delivery, please check all items for accuracy against your order. If you notice any damages on the packaging or the item please record this on the delivery note before you sign for delivery. Failure to do so may hold up claims. We encourage you to take photos as this may support any claim that you may have.

With the exception for hired furniture, there is no minimum order. However purchases under £250 may result in additional charges dependent on the delivery location. It may also result in longer delivery times as we will need to schedule your order around larger ones to keep the delivery costs as low as possible for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Efurnish offers a standard delivery charge of £35 across Mainland UK, irrespective of the size of the order. We are also able to deliver within Scotland, specifically the areas between Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow. All other areas and the Highlands and Islands will incur additional charges. Please contact us for further information. Please also allow 7 to 14 days extra for delivery to these areas.

We apologise, but we do not deliver to Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Scilly & Orkney Islands.
