Terms & Conditions for Business Credit Accounts (applicable to 'Apply for/use credit account' payment method
1.    No deposit payable, subject to credit terms
2.    Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.  Late payment charge: 4% above LIBOR
3.    Invoice is consolidated, monthly
4.    The furniture rental will only be apportioned at the start of the period and end of the period. All rental will be an equal monthly amount because we do not want to create monthly variations because some months have 29 days and others 31 days.
5.    Price plus VAT – Our price shows net amount.
6.    Any additions to initial order after installation, will be treated as a new installation. Please be aware that delivery will be 5-7 working days to allow our delivery vehicles to be in the area. For low value orders below £250, the delivery timescales may be longer.
7.    Prices include assembly and installation into the room of the customer’s choice is included. Delivery is additional at a standard rate of £35 per order.
8.    If you order new items for us to deliver, then we are willing to remove old items like for like at the time of delivery. I.E: Old fridge collected as new fridge delivered. Same with beds, wardrobes, etc. at no additional cost. If you wish to have a number of items removed, where you have not bought like for like, then please let us know and we can quote a disposal fee.
9.    Installation of white goods is optional at an additional cost of £50 per appliance. E.g. water and power connection. Please ensure that there is a suitable water source and power connection available at the time you order your appliance.
10.    Our drivers will call half an hour prior to arrival to advise of arrival time. Any failed deliveries on the part of the customer will result in a failed cancellation fee (see our Cancellation, Rescheduled and Missed Delivery Policy).
11.    Damages: we will replace items if they are faulty/damaged. Please see our Deliveries Policy for further details.
 
 
Terms & Conditions for Outright Purchase

 
1.    Total price, plus VAT is payable prior to arranging the delivery date.
2.    There is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period during which time some items may be exchanged or returned for refund if they haven’t been damaged or used should you be an end user of the furniture. This clause will not apply if you are a business providing furniture and items to the end user. 
3.    There is a Credit Card Fee of 2.5% of the Total Value plus VAT.  There is no charge for Debit Cards. Americain Express cards will levy a fee of 3.75% of the total value plus VAT.
4.    Any additions to initial order after delivery scheduling, will be treated as a new order. Please be aware that delivery will be 5-7 working days to allow our delivery vehicles to be in the area. For low value orders below £250, the delivery timescales may be longer.

10.    Payment is due upon order. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. 
11.    Invoices will be sent out to the nominated billing contact on completion of the delivery. Invoices will be sent by email.
12.    Order confirmation will be sent out on request before the delivery is scheduled. This will be by email.

Furniture hire information:

1.    Quotations are valid for 30 days where we will honour the costs within. After the 30 day period, we reserve the right to amend any pricing within the quotation.
2.    There is a minimum order of £800 for all rented furniture. 
3.    Before an order for rental furniture can be placed, a signed quotation by the customer must be received by eFurnish as authorisation to proceed with the order, along with a signed copy of the full terms and conditions.
4.    A copy of the full Hire Terms and Conditions is available on request. Please use the Contact Us page to request a copy.
5.    The payment schedule of the order must be agreed in advance with the customer before the order is placed and signed off.
6.    Our rental costs include assembly, installation, and collection of the items at the end of the rental period. A standard delivery charge of £35 will be charged with every order. Please see our delivery page for further information.
7.    When the minimum rental period has expired, all furniture and items will be collected. The customer must make themselves available to meet the collection team at a mutually convenient time. 
8.    Efurnish are prepared to sell previously hired furniture to the occupant by private treaty. Payment by credit card, PayPal & cash.
9.    A complete copy of Hire Terms and Conditions will be sent out with the quotation. When the customer is ready to proceed with the order, both the quotation and full terms and conditions must be signed before the order can be processed.
