Product Returns

Consumer returns:

If you are an end consumer and are using these goods for your own purpose, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from the day of delivery.

To receive a full refund, you must return the goods unused, at your expense in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for items that have been assembled by the delivery team, or otherwise (for instance, flat packed furniture and bedframes). Mattresses, linen and towels that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This restriction does not apply if the goods are found to be faulty or defective. In this instance the faulty item(s) will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.

We can also arrange for a collection service under certain circumstances, the charge for collection is dependent on the product dimensions but the minimum charge is £100, except for postcode areas PH, PA, IV, KW, AB, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, KA, ML, TD and KY the collection price for these areas is available on request.

Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must complete and send the form below within 14 days of delivery, where our customer service department will look into the return for you.

Once your refund has been authorised, any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days.

A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.

Business customer returns:

If you are a business and are providing the goods to the end user, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply.
